INTERNAL COMPLAINT COMMITTEE
Guru Nanak College, Budhlada has motto to provide a safe and conducive work and academic environment to students and staff, and it is extremely alert to matters pertaining to any kind of harassment and gender sensitivity. To achieve these objectives, the internal complaint committee has constituted in the college to resolve general complaints.
Objectives :
To develop a policy against sexual harassment of women at the college campus.

To evolve a permanent mechanism for the prevention and redressal harassment cases and other acts of gender-based violence in the college.

To promote a social and psychological environment to raise awareness in various forms.

To uphold the commitment of the Institute to provide an environment free of gender-based discrimination.

To ensure the implementation of the policy in letter and spirit through proper reporting of the complaints and their follow-up procedures.
